Founded by a UC Berkeley trained mathematician, all Nerdtastic Math Tutors have years of experience tutoring and mentoring students of all ages, from kindergartners to retirees. Some of our current and former students attend Bishop Miege HS, Rockhurst HS, UMKC and Olathe, Shawnee Mission, KCMO, Lee's Summit & Blue Valley Unified public schools.
Math is fun... No, REALLY! Stop laughing. I'm totally serious. Okay, okay, maybe learning math isn't as much fun as, say, naked skateboarding off of the back of a golf cart, but it doesn't have to be boring. And it certainly shouldn't make you cry. Nerdtastic Math Tutors can tutor you in any math topic covered in the K-12 curriculum and undergraduate college mathematics courses. Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus and beyond? We can help! Not only that, it doesn’t matter how old *you* are! We tutor traditional students, homeschool students, adults pursuing independent study, retirees returning to school, and everybody in between!

Nerdtastic Math Tutor standard rate is 60/hr for private tutoring. We offer discounted rates for purchase of multiple sessions and for weekday appointments before 3pm. We can also work with small groups of students: 35/hr per student for groups of 2 students, and 30/hr per student for groups of 3-5 students.
We have very limited availability at this time. Email if you’d like to see if we can match up our schedules.
We understand that life happens. If you think you’ll miss a scheduled appointment, give us 24 hour notice and we’re happy to cancel or reschedule absolutely free of charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at full rate.
